Its been a heck of a week, chasing this down. I've gone so far as to wipe and reinstall and update to the latest, and while pfsense is "working" I'm back to the point where I can't remove a package, and I can't install any new packages. CE 2.9 - kea and unbound stuck waiting on each other
I'm running pfsense ce 2.9.0 with KEA, Unbound, APCUPSD, Wireguard, and PFBlockerNG in Unbound Python Mode. My configuration in 2.8.1 was the same and I did not have any issues.
