Bannock

Preheat oven to 425 degrees

3 cups flour
2 tbsp Baking Powder
1 tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt

Combine dry ingredients:

Work in Butter and add Milk until soft but not sticky

1/2 cup Butter
3/4 cup of Milk

Bake at 425°F for 25 minutes.
